Focusing on my mental health
Alrighty, with all the worldwide conflict, I’ve been focusing on environmental problems and kind of put my mental health on a shelf for weeks. I finally decided I would take some time to focus on my personal problems because they have been adding up due to neglect. I am still deeply invested in the environmental conflict and care deeply for justice, however I also care deeply about my mental health. So I took a break yesterday to write down the goals I would like to accomplish by the end of the year. Some may become a reality and some seem far fetched, but I will work on them anyway. I also created some habit trackers to keep me on track towards my goals. I want to hold my self accountable and stay motivated, because lately I have been so unmotivated to pursue my career and physical fitness goals. Hopefully, I can change things around. I need to focus on maintaining a positive mindset, so I’m hoping by creating these spreads, I am off to a good start. Wish me luck!
