Feeling Grateful

Sorry I’ve been MIA for awhile. For a while I was in a creative rut. I was still down at the fact that I was comparing myself to others, along with grieving the loss of my bird. However, with the help of a friend from Instagram and one of my favorite artists, I realized I have to focus on everything I am grateful for. So I made a spread, thanking my favorite artist for reaching out to her fans through a stay at home concert.

I also made a gratitude list. I listed everything I am grateful for. It’s good to remind myself of what I have in life and what’s worth living for.
As I was on this gratuity path, I reached 100 followers on Instagram so I decided to hold a giveaway. I am giving one lucky winner 60 pieces of assorted scrapbook paper. I announce the winner May 26th! I’m so excited 😊 here’s a pic of some of the paper.
That’s the update! I’m back to my positive self 😊 if you need a couple of day which I like to call ‘mental health days’ Please feel free to do so. Sometimes you just need a break before you can get back up on your feet and that’s perfectly fine! Your mental health is just as important as your physical health ❤️
