EXCERPT - May my habit trackers be my light
Yesterday was kind of a somber day, so today I created a habit tracker to feel more like myself again, and reinforce a positive mindset. Habit trackers make sure I stay active and be held accountable of daily goals. By completing these tasks I feel accomplished and a sense of relief that I’m doing the best I can do. Times are hard but I’m trying to make the most out of the days I do have with the stay at home order in place. I would like to read, exercise, spend time with family and be nicer to my boyfriend during quarantine.
